The PSC works with our members to seek and administer funds for PhD students and postdocs at our partner institutions.
PlantHUB Fellowships – this new European Industrial Doctoral Programme (Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions-EID) started in December 2016 and supports 10 PhD students in the field of plant breeding and production. As an EID project, 50% of the PhD time will be spent at an industrial partner location. Application closed
PSC-Mercator Fellowships – this funding intiative launched in 2011 funds transdisciplinary PhD projects at PSC partner institutions, with the goal of finding solutions in biodiversity conservation, sustainable agriculture, and environmental challenges. Application closed
ProDoc Fellowships – a diverse set of 11 PhD projects at the interface of science and policy (running through 2015) are being supported by this SNSF-funded intiative. Application closed
PSC-IDP BRIDGES Fellowships – this Marie Curie Actions-funded initiative is supporting 14 PhD students enrolled in the Science and Policy PhD program. Application closed
